Lakehouse Case-sensitivity Issue

Has anyone encountered case-sensitivity issue when running SQL queries in the SQL Analytics editor in Fabric Lakehouse?

We are currently migrating our on-prem SQL Server Data Warehouse to Microsoft Fabric, where we are implementing dimensions and facts using One Lakehouse (or Warehouse) for reporting and analytics. During this process, we are migrating some of our SSRS reports to Power BI. However, the queries in these reports, which are case-insensitive, are causing issues after we pointed their connection to the Lakehouse environment, which seems to enforce case sensitivity.

Fabric Warehouse supports case-insensitivity but not lake house unfortunately.

Please suggest some solutions.
