Connecting to on prem oracle database
Ok so stumbling at the first hurdle here, and hoping some of you might be able to help…
I am trying to connect to an on prem oracle database. I am currently connected to the network via a vpn and am able to log in to the oracle client.
My next step was to connect Power BI desktop to it and start looking at the data but can’t get this to work. I’m wondering whether this is an old 32 bit server or something.
My ultimate goal here is to use a copy activity in a fabric pipeline to ingest the data into my lake house.
Has anyone got any tips? This is my first time working with an oracle database and it’s very clunky to say the least.
