Underperforming Ads

So I have been in the medspa niche for a while now and what i am finding is some of my clients do really well and get lots of bookings but other clients get poor results, leads come through but not as many book in. I have a feeling it is because of the area with their being mainly poor people in the area who are unable to afford the treatment. However, I feel as though there is more that i can do on my side to make sure i get more bookings from the leads?

One thing I am thinking of is the first message they receive on highlevel when they come through doesn't direct them straight to booking, is there any winning initial texts people send to get a better booking ratio?
