Tbh one of the most uncomfortable things for me to do is showing my physique without a pump and in a shitty lighting. I think it’s first time im posting photo of me not in the gym without a pump etc. Also today i’ve joined Cameron’s team as an appointment setter. That’s a HUGE win for me. Also I've increased my accent training lessons with my tutor to 2 hours per week, and I'm adding 1 hour session per day where I speak and record myself for 30 minutes and then I review this recording to improve even faster.
