Shouting Out a guy that drilled military discipline & focus into me

This isn't an affiliation or anything like that, but when you find a guy that's really good, I feel the need to share.

I've been working with a guy called Rich for a while now, he's ex British Military and also worked in business and sales with the likes of Russel Brunsen and Jay Shetty. Crazy.

Now he works with entrepreneurs and helps them to get military style discipline in your day, focus, mindset to overcome all the shit we face as business owners etc and even with just making more money.

He's a G, I hope it's OK to shout him out here as it feel like the place people would appreciate a guy like that in their corner.
