So over the last 4-8 weeks I've been focusing on aggressively scaling up our agency which required 100% of my focus as it still does now
And as of now we hit $100k in PROJECTED monthly recurring revenue and are on track to hit 180k in MRR in Q3.
Now I still have a handful of people paying me for 1-1 consulting calls every now and again (shameless plug you can book that here) however I'm considering making a paid community which is more exclusive for high level agency owners limited to 1-2 agencies per industry so everyone can share with one another whats working without being scared that someone will rip their shit lol.
