Best ways to track KPI data to innovate systems

I’ve realised recently that to improve systems and results for clients, I need to track more data like a weekly report on fb ad data, lead:booking conversion rate, split test different call scripts etc.

Just wondering if anyone does this successfully and if so, how they go about it. Is there certain softwares to use to track this data easier and automatically put it on a sheet etc
