6 month progress
Have trained 9 - 12 times a week for 6 months now. Around 1 month ago I started to train with kettlebells for strength and other than that it’s just combat sports. No gym sessions yet, just pull-ups and kettlebells.
Looking to start deadlift, squat and bench soon
