Transmute Sexual Energy
Huge spike in my physical pillar lately, as I’ve been holding seed while spending time on breathwork with a primary focus around pelvic floor activation. The collaboration of sexual energy with breath and movement has incredibly shifted my connection to myself in a very positive way. Grateful to feel the “goods” inside and out! 🤸🧘🏼♂️
