What is Legacy Leadership?
This is a community dedicated to studying, discussing, and applying leadership principles.
I believe that true value in life is what can be passed on. I've never met someone that does not enjoy teaching (or telling) someone how to do something. I've never met someone that doesn't enjoy learning something and growing a skill. The combination of these things is leadership.
Leadership is what makes people great, it's what builds champions and champion teams. Leadership is influence. When one person has a profound impact on another person or group of people's lives for the better, they are a leader.
Learning to study, practice, and devote myself to leadership principles and thought processes is what has drastically improved my life in everything that I do.
I'm a college drop out, solid C student in High School, and before finding a true mentor in leadership, I couldn't hold a job for more than a year at a time. I always wanted more, always wanted to grow, always wanted to become exceptional, but I didn't really understand that's what I wanted at first. I didn't understand what exceptional meant let alone how to take the first steps toward it. I didn't understand how to grow, or how to learn. I even had big, lofty 10x goals and I committed them to memory and saying them every day, but I didn't know why I had those goals, and I didn't understand that without an actual step by step plan to achieve them, they were merely dreams.
Enter, a true leader.
A mentor of mine took me under his wing. He hired me for a sales position at a start up company with exactly two employees, once I walked through the door. There was no salary, no benefits, no company car or reimbursement for gas, and there was a promise of thousands of miles a week in driving to hopefully make some money selling a premium service. Most people would look at that on a sheet of paper and walk away, but there was something in this man willing to take me under his wing, teach me sales, teach me how to learn, to grow, and to lead.
Years later, we're still working together. He's my boss, our company is doing well over $10Million a year, and we have strong plans to double that next year, partially through me opening my own location, where I won't just be leading a sales team any longer, but leading my own company.
I've surpassed a large amount of my financial goals and currently earn within the top 10% of people in the United States. However, the real value over the last years, has been learning how to learn, how to grow, learning teamwork, and learning leadership.
For the rest of my life, I want to develop leaders.
I don't just want to teach people to sell, or to teach people to be incredible sales trainers. I don't want to be just a fitness coach anymore. I want to lead leaders. I want the leaders I've built to lead leaders. However one person decides to define success, I want them to be able to achieve it. I believe in sharing leadership principles, sharing growth, sharing teamwork, and together sharing success. This is why I've gravitated to Alex Hormozi and his mission with Skool.
Legacy Leadership is a community where we can learn and grow together to become more effective leaders.
I want to start this community for free, and I will be filling it with a lot of free content.
However, in the future, I believe I'll make the community a mere $15. Not for me, but for you to invest into yourself. In stead of your several streaming service subscriptions, or that one bad habit you know you've been trying to kick, let's put those few hours a week, or that small resource into something that will grow you as a person, grow your life, make you more money, and get you from where you are to where you want to be.
Paid content on this community will be priced for a similar investment into yourself. Any investment on this community will be designed to earn you 10x the investment, and that amount is your commitment to yourself to elevate your potential.
