Re-edit Mesh
Is it bad practice to re-edit the mesh after you realize what you are trying to keyframe doesn't look right in animate mode? Planning and foresight is good, but some times you won't know if the mesh would work until you push the mesh to its extremes.

Animator Quality
What do you look for when hiring an animator? Besides money (KNA fits everyone's the budget).

Animator Quality
R vs L
So I've been naming things right and left based on my perspective... for a WHILE. How important is it to name from the characters perspective, especially outside of a solo project, for example joining an existing animation team or studio?

Reusing Rig Parts
I was just going through the Spine squash and stretch rig example, which requires 4 bones and 3 transform constraints. I can see wanting to use this same rig in lots of animation projects. Any tips on how to reuse parts of a rig like this? Maybe having a "skeleton" that is a copy of rig parts that you can save and import across projects??? Or is best just to recreate every time?
