Goalie shortage

I'm goalie coach. For few years now, work with a wide spread of ages. Played triple A growing up far as I went. In my town seems like only AA goalies and up get any real goalie coaching. The rest get maybe random dad shooting at them. A lot teams have hard time finding goalies that can play higher levels. Is this my town problem or everywhere? A lot of are competitive teams are lucky to have two goalies. A lot only got 1.
