First week of training for upcoming fight
I have about 3 weeks to prepare for this fight. This week i will start my training by strengthening and raising my body's energy levels. Before i go back to my boxing gym i want to fully restore/increase my strength and endurance and get my mind prepared for battle, so i am going to do 2 sessions a day for at least the first week. Morning session: - 100 Push ups, sit ups and squats - Run 3miles in under 30 minutes - 3 min non-stop on vertical climb machine. Afternoon Session: - 20-30 min shadowboxing - 5-6 rounds on heavy bag - 3-4 rounds on cobra bag
