What is is the cheapest form of outreach?

I have been cold calling in GHL and although I don't see it as expensive it still doesn't make sense for me to be paying $105/month + $25/month for cold calling leads since I am still not making any income from the business YET ofc.

I know skype is a cheaper option but still...

I have been thinking of starting some linkedin outreach since I feel like it would also help me build some authority in my niche by optimizing my linkedin account

but let me know what other outreach methods are out there? Is anyone doing Facebook, Linkedin, or even instagram?
