and everyone else, I wanted to ask that if you're running ads for a Local business in a region like the UK or any other area where WhatsApp is prominently used, would this get better results than using Lead forms forexample?

Has anyone actually tried them to give me an idea on how they compare with Lead forms forexample as you could complete all communications via WhatsApp with the leads and even DM close where necessary. But haven't fully tested it out to know what works and what you guys recommend for Insa and FB? 🤔
