Time pressure (service delivery)
Hi guys!
Currently My process of signing a client looks like this:
I have a discovery call and then if they accept, we have a info call where I gather info to be able to start creating the campaign. The problem is that I don鈥檛 charge the client until the first month of me running the ads, so basically telling them that ur time starts when the ads are launched.
The problem with this is that when the onboarding starts, and there鈥檚 some difficulty and it takes time, the clients interest fades away. And the process of creating ads can be time consuming, so don鈥檛 know what to do
Now a client just texted me saying that he don鈥檛 want to proceed with the partnership, even tho he accepted the my offer thru mail.
What can I do to be able to start with the client right away, and have the ads ready in a short amount of time?
