I鈥檓 experiencing an issue where more leads are being tracked in the Events Manager than in the actual campaign. Currently, the Events Manager shows 28 submitted applications, while the campaign only reports 16 submitted applications.
Here鈥檚 what I鈥檝e set up in the automations under the FB Conversion API:
- Access token has been added
- Pixel ID has been added
- "SubmitApplication" is selected
Has anyone encountered this before? I鈥檓 unsure if this is a major issue, but I鈥檓 concerned it might affect the results since the pixel might not be learning correctly.
It鈥檚 also worth mentioning that I鈥檝e been split-testing two landing pages simultaneously.
