Issue with Fb Ads or FUp process

My niche is MedSpas in Spain, i generate leads from Fb, then i follow up on them to close treatments like facials. I started some months ago, i know how to acquire clients for my agency but my service delivery isnt good enough.

I wonder if the main problem is the ad or the follow up.

In this image of "Melanic" we closed 2 sales of 200€ each, and probably one more of 420€.

Our budget is 300€/m just for Melanic, and 300€/m for 2 more treatments that we are testing but arent working so far.

If someone can give me their thoughts on this i would appreciate it, i dont have a performance tracker for my Setters/Closers, maybe someone can help me with that.

Im trying to not be emotional.
