Home Improvement - Before & After Pics

Hey all,

I'm running ads for a couple home improvement clients, and through testing before and after pics are by far the best converting creatives, however one of my clients only has 1 set of before and after pics (which is his best performing creative). I asked him to send more, but he doesn't really have any. Anyone know a good place to get copyright free B&A pics? I've looked on stock photo websites but there's not anything that really fits the bill.

Also, how frequently should I make changes to ads? As I've been learning I find new bits of info that I know will help my ads almost daily, but I don't want change them too much while facebook optimizes. I was making changes almost daily at the beginning and it really messed with results.
