GHL Question

When a lead comes through FB it doesn't trigger my automation workflow immediately?

For it to trigger, I have to go in and manually "sync" the leads for it to actually trigger my workflow so it seems like to me that GHL is connected to my Facebook fine, it's just every time a lead comes through, the workflow has to be triggered manually via the 'Sync Leads" section in the second photo

Anyone know how to fix this issue to make it so that it's instantaneous when people fill out the forms?
