I would like to share the results I got for my only client to get some feedback on how I am performing.

Its the med spa niche and the average LTV of a customer is 520€ (580$). Last month the client spent 850€ (950$) and I got 37 Leads with a 23€ (26$) CPL. Outbound CTR is about 1,4%, LPC 5,5%.

Out of the 37 Lead I got 13 closings. The total calculated ROI (including scheduled future follow up treatments) is 6,5x. The cash-collected-on-fist-appt-ROI (only what they have actually paid yet) is 2,1x.

For this month results tanked and I am trying to get them back up. Till now I got a 34€ (38$) CPL, a 3,9x Total ROI and a 0,97x Cash ROI this month.

How would you rate these results? Also, is a low or even negative Cash ROI problematic if the Total ROI is still profitable?
