Changing the image = ez leads & appointments?

Hi guys. Something interesting just happened yesterday. I didnt got any appointmentes for one day and half and I felt I shoud change something. So I duplicated the current ad and changed the image. After that, in the next 30 mins I got 5 leads with good CPL and 3 appointments.

My question is: Is this normal? I feel like everytime I try new images on something new with the image, I get better results. Everytime I change the image, fb starts spending like crazy but it seems like it brings good results. Should I change the image from time to time if I dont see good results?

In this case the copy and form was the same btw
