馃毇 Cancellation Rate of 60%
I am doing local lead gen for a spa that offers fat reduction treatments. I have a super high cancellation rate of 60%. Leads are booking themselves in, then usually postpone the appt and eventually cancel.
The thing is: Leads can book appts up to 16 days into the future. Yes this is a no go but people are just busy and it literally didn't work with a 4-5 day booking window. Also the service is 300$+ and they expect some flexibility.
I tried keeping the engagement up with emails but this doesn't help.
I'm thinking of different ways to reduce cancellations. One idea is to charge something small, like $5, during the booking process. But I feel like that might put people off from booking, and it could also be tricky to manage when appointments are made over the phone.
Any help and ideas are appreciated馃檹
