I'm running a home improvements SMMA based in the US and I'm debating whether to wait until the new year to sign new clients due to Black Friday/Cyber Monday, thanksgiving, and Christmas ad competition combined with the home improvements industry being in the 'slow' season.
I want to make sure we can deliver on our guarantees and don't want to sign a client up then start their ads in such a difficult time of year and let them down. Should I wait, and what kind of results differences have y'all seen around this time of year?
