4 Years Worth Of Client Messages Just Vanished (Back Up Your WhatsApp!)

It's scary but 4 years worth of client messages and data just vanished.

I've been running lead nurture campaigns for a client with 3 sales staff. One of the staff members got replaced and when we switched devices, 4 years of data vanished. We've tried everything from changing phones to logging in to emails and checking web data, but nothing.

After digging around I realized what happened.

My client didn't save or back up ANY data.
