New Training Split started today 📈
I started my new training split this week. Today I had my first double training day again since the marathon prep earlier this year. Starting with a "easy run" of 10k this morning around 8:30am and ending it with a solid chest/tricep workout in the gym. Building endurance & muscle, that's the focus. Energy is insanely high and the I expect the new marathon to take place mid-2025. Excited for the upcoming months of training and new targets to be reached. 🙏🏽 1% better than yesterday.
