Hi all!! I'm wanting to do monthly challenges!
They will vary in length. This month, since there's only a few days left, we are going to do a "Leave 1 Bite" challenge for the rest of September.
You will leave 1 bite on your plate at each meal, whether it's a salad, smoothie, hamburger, anything! And work with yourself to calm your thoughts around food waste, OCD, "might as well", etc :)
Feel free to post about the discomfort you feel, and we can talk about it!
Let me know how it's going periodically.
I'm gonna do this with you! So my challenges right now are 1 Salad Per Day (indefinitely), and Leave 1 Bite Until Oct 1.
