Happy Friday, Holistic Family!
This week is short and sweet...literally. This is a great recipe to do a cooking lesson with kids for a healthy breakfast or snack! And as usual, these little bites of goodness come from our Faith in Farms Recipe Club, which you can find, here. ** Air-Fryer Blueberry Bagel Bites **
½ cup (60g) all-purpose flour
½ cup (120g) vanilla coconut yogurt
¼ cup (35g) frozen blueberries
What you need to do:
- Heat the Air Fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Combine the flour, coconut yogurt and blueberries in a bowl, and roll into 4 even-sized balls.
- Place the dough balls into the Air Fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from the Air Fryer and serve.
Makes 4...Enjoy!
