Well... I'm not the best at explaining this but. Skool is a place where you can find communities/ groups where you can learn about whatever you want. think about "Skillshare". but free (at least a lot of communities). If you're reading this, you're in a community of fitness. You can make questions that you need answered, you can give advise if you are positive that what you're saying is correct. Why would you choose Skool instead of other big platforms? Honesltly, I'm not sure🤷‍♂️, but I do know here you can connect with people who can actually help you with your fitness goals.
