Slow responsive keys

Hello everyone, I'm looking for some mainenance tips. This is a small, safari style harmonium from Bhatia Musicals in Delhi. As you'll see and hear, there are about two keys/notes (G and G sharp) where the responsiveness is not there. You can hear the air circulating in the bellows but again quite a lot of time passes before the note is heard. It is not 'sticky' or buzzing. I have opened the harmonium and tried to clean any debris, following the suggestions in the general maintenance videos in the course but it hasn't helped. Any suggestions are appreciated!
