Here for the challenge
I'm here for the 7 day challenge. I bought the book and read 20 pages last night. It turns out that one of the principles discuss is to read 10 pages of a book per day. Any book. Well, I love reading so it should not be hard. Sadly like many people I find the allure of online news/social media to be hard to resist -- at the expense of reading brain-nourishing books.
I aim to change that.
I also wanted to prepare my body for the 7 day challenge so I started a fast Saturday evening. I'll likely break the fast today around noon. It depends on how much cooking is going on. My family loves to cook amazing food, makes it even more difficult to fast. But we need to do hard things, right?
My starting weight is 258.6 pounds. I'm still not my pre-covid weight, but I am very happy with the trendline. Better sleep, better food, less belly fat.
