Today I noticed that I made major progress
With today being the start of a new month, I know that last month I had some ups and downs but I think what I did today helped me out a lot. I put my head to my college homework and try to get ahead of the game on it. I asked my mom for help into how I'm supposed to breakdown my homework for college and go from there. I also watched some TV during my down time than tugging on my package for unhappy fun.

What are you replacing your bad habits with?
Perhaps the most important step in quitting addictions is replacing them. For me, I was able to quit my bad habits by spending most of my time on content creation online, and the other activities included working out/exercising, reading, and sleeping earlier. So, what are you focusing on instead of your bad habits? Let us know with a comment below 馃憞

What CUES are causing you to relapse?
I can say from experience that cues are such a simple thing to get rid of yet they contribute so much to relapsing for any bad habit. Here is 1 example of a cue for each of my previous addictions: - Porn: Certain Instagram pictures and YouTube videos - Sugar/Junk food: Seeing advertisements about them - Phone addiction: seeing my phone on the table when I woke up As soon as I got rid of these cues (which barely took effort), it became a lot easier to quit. So comment down below what your cues are and let's work towards cutting them out 馃挭 (Check the CHANGING YOUR ENVIRONMENT course in the Classroom tab for more)
