Welcome to the Catcher’s Community
I'm thrilled to have you all here as part of this incredible journey. As a former professional catcher and experienced coach, my goal is to share the knowledge, skills, and mental strategies that have shaped my career. This community is designed to be a supportive space where we can all grow together, push each other to new heights, and develop not only as players but as individuals of strong character. This community is free to join and serves as a hub for discussions, tips, and support. While the community is open to everyone, I also offer a specialized 12-week mentorship course for those looking for more structured and in-depth training. This course covers mastering essential defensive skills, controlling the game from behind the plate, and building the mental toughness required to excel under pressure. Feel free to share your experiences, ask questions, and support your fellow catchers. Together, we'll create an environment where everyone can thrive and achieve their goals. Let's get started and make this an unforgettable journey!

Breathing
Learning how to control your breath is extremely important as a catcher and a baseball player. It allows you to slow the game down, be in the moment and slow your heart rate allowing you to play free. Are you consciously breathing throughout the game? What are some breathing methods you guys use?

Ultimate Shoulder Strengthening Workout
❗Click the PDF below and get started. This is by far the best shoulder workout you can do. It hits every part of the shoulder with low risk of injury. Best performed with 3-5 lbs dumbells. Do not go over 8lbs. Trust me. You will be burning and it will be a challenge to get through it. The goal is to do a minimum of 1 set each exercise continuously through without any breaks in between each exercise. You can always do more than 1 set! This is my go to workout when my arm is sore or hanging, always feels incredible after I do it. 🚨Check out the new arm care page in the drill library for more arm care routines. If you're struggling with elbow discomfort there is a really good elbow nerve gliding video I put together that always makes my arm feel great. 💪
