It's a question we'll ask the legendary Bill VanPatten later today.
We're thrilled and honoured to interview Bill for our Teacher Talking Time podcast and will get into many things.Krashen's theories for many reasons are still quite contentious in our field. Bill co-authored a paper with Lichten in 2021 reviewing Krashen's Monitor Theory 40 years on.
We'll start there, but there's so much to discuss with Bill.
We're even more thrilled since Bill is actually retired and agreed to come on the show.
