Question about Database Reactivation Campaign Success Rate

Curious to see, what kind of success rate do you see from initial database reactivation campaigns in terms of percentage?

On YouTube I saw some agencies see 2%-6%.

Do you see the same?

I assume SMS works better than email. Do you have any numbers on that?

And to clarify I'd be curious about booked appointments not just responses.

Also, I know the answer is "it depends" so I'm looking for a range in the home services niche.
