How to upload the database file to GHL?

Hello, I notice how the video that walks me through the setup up of cleaning up the database and making sure everything is organized so GHL can see the contacts information is not showing up for me anymore. Can someone guide me or link me to a walkthrough of how to upload the data to GHL properly? I would very much appreciate it, I have a closing call tomorrow and can’t wait to let you all know about it.
