How I Use ChatGPT To Get DR Sales Opportunities On Semi-Autopilot Without Spending A Dime On Advertising!

This one already landed me a client and it is not even fully rolled out yet. It is a lot of work but when it’s done, it will generate sales opportunities almost on autopilot.

I created a Facebook Group for business owners in my niche. I then wrote a very compelling welcome post and pinned it to featured and moved it to front. Format is along the lines of

This group is for [Your Niche Business Owners] who want to [Desired Outcome - Because we are selling DR it might be “Add X Amount Of New Clients/Customers] in the next [Realistic Timeframe] and then continue to build on that momentum to build a business that’s [more benefits to the owner]

I then used ChatGPT to come up with content ideas to educate (NOT SELL) prospects about the services I offer and how it can solve their problems (DR, SWAS Hooks, Facebook Ads & Sales Consultation) (be sure to watch a few videos on Prompt Engineering, it helped me a lot to get some FANTASTIC responses). Honestly, if it was not for ChatGPT, I would NEVER have attempted this because I suck at creating compelling content.

I used my face in the images for the posts to make the group more personal.

I added 5 “anchor” content pieces and added them to Featured. I added an additional 15 content pieces that is still educational and informative but not as detailed as the anchor pieces. The idea is to present yourself as an expert (that is approachable) that can solve a real problem for them.

All the content pieces link out to a landing page that offers a free Masterclass. The Masterclass is an hour long video that shows them the WHAT and the WHY of the services I offer as a package but not the HOW - for that they have to book a Discovery Call by replying to the text they received when signing up for the Masterclass

So all roads lead to the optin page - once they have consumed the content in the free group and see me as an expert that might help them solve a problem, I want to get them out of the group onto my SMS and Email list so a sales opportunity can be generated (and future offers made)

(For the next step, compliance is up to you, this is what I did)

I then hired someone on Upwork to create a list of prospects. I wanted the business name, website address, owner’s name, owner’s email address, owner’s mobile number. I paid for 100 names to start the test and requested he sends me the data in batches of 10 so I can test the quality.

From the first batch of 10, 7 did not have mobile numbers (what I expected). A few quick calls to the businesses and I got 6 out of the 10 business owners’ mobile numbers. Not bad.

The ones with mobile numbers got a text and the others an email (email outreach can be VERY effective IF done right)

Here’s a framework of the message I sent out to the first 10 names on the list:

Hey [Name] - I created a group for [Niche] Owners who want to [biggest desire they have that your service solves] in the next [realistic timeframe]. Would you be interested to join in the conversation? -YOUR NAME

10 sent.

1 - F**ck off

3 - Yes

1 - What does it cost? - Manually follow up, it’s FREE with link to Group

1 - No tx

4 - Waiting for 24 hrs before reminder sequence (because this is cold outreach and not DR, I am a bit more aggressive with a follow up sequence)

Got 4 people into the group so far from the first batch. 1 guy liked every post in the group, clicked through to the Masterclass and sent in a request for a Discovery Call before the video was 15 minutes in (I think he was pre-sold from the content in the group).

Sold him on $3500 DR over 3 months with SWAS Hooks and Facebook Ads kicking in after 3 months (or sooner if needed) for $550 / month.

Next steps:

Use ChatGPT to come up with content for the next 30 days, format the posts for FB Group and schedule posts to drip out.

Continue cold outreach to add members.

As group becomes more active, create a more interactive experience by hosting a weekly live for education / q&a / AME

This will be ENOUGH. But you can take it to the next step by creating short form vertical videos from content and post to other social media profiles (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and link back to Group in your Bio, description or wherever you can and make your CTA "I created a group for [Niche] Owners who want to [biggest desire they have that your service solves] in the next [realistic timeframe]. Would you be interested to join in the conversation? Click the link [WHERE THE LINK IS]”

I’m sure I am making some mistakes here and the system will be refined as I roll it out
