DR- waiting to receive contact list

So I started my first DR this week and client got great result. I got 10 appointments booked and one job closed for him. I would like to offer couple more 7-day free trial to build my case study. I get tons of yes but it seems like no one is sending me their contact list. Anyone else experiencing this and do you have a solution to get them to move quicker?
