Tourism. Guided safari tours in Africa. The client has done a good job of putting together offers over the past 2 years. He runs Facebook ads to these offers targeting the US that leads to Messenger. From there he has conversations via Messenger with prospective customers who responds, comments on the Ads and converts them (some of them in Messenger without a phone call, some after a phone call). Unfortunately they never captured phone numbers for most of the leads (I've now changed this), only emails. We have a few thousand email addresses to work with over the next few months. So we ran this initial DR via Email only with the offer the worked the best over the past 2 years

SIDE NOTE: The predicted appointments is based on a 6% contacts to appointments rate whereas we only achieved 3.6% in the first run. We are confident we can achieve 6%+ for the next runs because we are not going with email only. We are doing the initial DR Offer in Messenger with a paid broadcast via Manychat because that has a much higher open and response rate than email and then pulling that into Highlevel where the Lead Nurturing, Booking Confirmation etc will take place. This is the closest we can come to SMS results without having phone numbers

SIDE NOTE: This is very conservative. Most customers who buy the $7900 package end up spending closer to $10K once they are in Africa. The client (business owner) is very good at upselling once the customers are in his ecosystem. That $480K can easily become $800K+ for the client. And that is first year revenue, not LTV - that will be much higher as the average customer returns 2.5 times

What have gone well

For email only, the initial results are not bad. Deliverability for a promotional email on an imported list on a new sending domain is actually very good. We used LeadConnecter as the Email service with a dedicated domain. From the initial 110 emails, we'll close $15,000 before the end of the week. We'll take that as a win

What have gone poorly
===========================
Responsiveness of prospects. I think this is just the way people treat email. They will reply to our initial DR Offer email extremely positively but then go quite on the follow ups to book an appointment. There are a number of prospects in the Opt In stage of the Sales Opp Pipeline but I am not happy with the percentage we get moved over to the Appointment Set stage. To combat this we are moving the communication channel to Messenger.
Thanks to Robb and his team for putting together this community and the training resources. I wonder if people realize just how valuable it is. It's going to put a heck of a lot of money in my clients and my pockets
