Hey all.
When setting up nurture campaigns and DR based on Robb's snapshots, I don't see any language about inserting a calendar link in the SMS messages for the prospect to book an appointment.
It's more about engaging them and getting them to verbally commit.
I get that but my concern is leaving it to someone to manually update the calendar (either myself or the client) leaves room for human error and kind of defeats the purpose of "automation".
Any thoughts/feedback on this?
