Hi James,
You mentioned Immediate Mexican Residency + 2 years wait period outside of Mexico -> Citizenship by Descent as a Latin American.
This sounds very beneficial.
Do you have a link I can review for this? So far my research showed the 2 years after Mexican Residency must be lived in Mexico.
