Has anyone any experience on tenants owning ebikes?
There are dangers with these and Government guidelines say they shouldn't be stored/charged indoors.
I'm thinking of adding a clause to my tenancy agreement to see off any potential issues.
I don't feel I could provide a separate secure structure for safe storage.
I see so many ebikes around and assume many have been modified looking at the speeds they reach and would assume (rightly or wrongly) most of these are in rented accommodation.
