Good morning! I’ve done some really powerful food testing the past week, so we are going to try to put that in a video and get it out to you shortly.
As a little preview, we had a massive Italian feast yesterday for Mother’s Day! I ate a big plate of regular spaghetti with meatballs, chicken Parmesan, homemade focaccia bread with olive oil and balsamic, a little bit of salad (lol), and a little bit bit of dessert, chocolate peanut butter ice cream cream cake.
I took a Berberine and a shot of apple cider vinegar a full 30 minutes before the meal. I barely had a blood glucose spike at all. I understand how this stuff works, but I have never taken them together, so I almost couldn’t believe it. As a sidenote, I talk more about supplements coming up in one week!
