Here's the Freedom Plan for coaches or agency owners wanting to add 20-30k in recurring profit.

Step 1. Have a super clear outcome you provide. A clearly articulated result or results for a specific type of person.

Step 2. Define your unique way of getting them results. Have 4 or 5 main ideas, strategies, or philosophies that you talk about over and over again in different ways.

This should stem from an authentic place.

I call this essence marketing.

�This type of marketing sells people on you and your WAY.

Step 3. Create a story inventory of your life. Your struggles, aspirations, and values. Only relevant stories that are relatable to your ideal client. This demonstrates empathy and that you understand your people.

It also positions you as a solid guide to help them on their own journey.

Step 4. Share daily on some sort of platform. A mix of short and long form content. I write one post and reshare to email, Skool, fb, and sometimes IG.

I’ll record weekly long form YT videos as well.

Step 5. Have some sort of paid ads system that brings people into the top of your funnel. Right now I’m running ads to my Free Skool group.

Step 6. Nurture and add value to the people in the group.

Step 7. At least once a month invite people into your offer. Depending on stage of your business your offer should be high ticket and recurring. Nothing worse than one off sales that destabilize your business.

Huge cash injections are of no interest to me. I prefer recurring revenue all day.

If you have DFY service that’s going to be a lot harder to scale than a something like a group coaching offer.

I call it a “connection offer” where people pay you for connection. Some are in a group setting and some one on one. There’s foundational content and a community of likeminded people to run with.

Step 8. Sell 5 1-1 clients at $400/week that’s $8,000/month. Sell 15 on lower community tier offer at $200/week and that’s $12,000/month. There’s your 20k/month. Just you and a VA with 90% margins.
