Itโs important to remember that people that try to drag you down are full of their own insecurities. Most of them are failures, and as such, are full of resentment. They typically donโt like seeing other people succeed, as it reminds them that they have done nothing productive with their own lives.
Theyโll often try to tell you that your business idea won't work, that itโs saturated, that itโs stupid, that youโre wasting your time. Theyโll try to drag you to their level. ๐ฅฒ
My advice - ignore them. Donโt let them get to your head and put you off chasing your big idea or dream.
If you let them get inside your head, youโll give up before youโve even start. And youโll spend the rest of your life regretting it.

You could have the best ad in the world and that ad might be doing its job effectively in driving traffic to your Funnel/landing page. But if it isnโt optimized for conversion, youโll be leaving an enormous amount of money on the table.
Your customers arenโt going anywhere and itโs not a race, so take your time and do things properly, from the beginning. The benefits of an optimized, highly converting funnel can be exponential, not only to your sales but also in reducing ad costs.
The less hard Facebook/Instagram has to work, the cheaper your cost per acquisition (CPA) will be. ๐
3. ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ - ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐.
I would never recommend anyone even touch Ads Manager until they learn the basics (at a bare minimum) of copywriting, creative, and sales/customer psychology.
The fact of the matter is, thanks to iOS14.5, Facebook Ads are harder than ever and theyโre not going to get any easier.
You need to know what youโre doing if you want to succeed; gone are the days of fluking it.
๐ย The best media buyers I know always have a few things in common.
- They understand people. They understand the behaviors and the psychology that drives peoples buying intent.
- They know how to capture attention in competitive placements.
- They are skilled copywriters and storytellers.
Stop looking for the newest guru selling the latest โstrategyโ - there are no f*cking strategies!
The Facebook algorithm and user interface changes frequently. Why invest all your time and energy into something that is constantly changing and updating?
Invest your time in getting good at copywriting, designing funnels, creatives, and learning customer psychology.
Once you can do all those at a high level, the next most important thing is being able to understand the data within Ads Manager. Learn your most important metrics, what they mean, how to improve them, what causes them to fluctuate etc.
Understand your profit margins, how to split test, what to split test, what you can do to increase your Average Order Value, how to bring down CPAs.
Stop worrying about the latest โstrategyโ and first learn how to interpret and understand what is happening from an analytical level. Because from there, youโll be able to make more accurate data-driven decisions; rather than running a strategy that you donโt understand, because some guru told you to do it.

If thereโs one thing I would like to do, it would be to change your conception about markets. Stop thinking about the short term - how much money you can make and how quickly. Think of your funnel as an asset; as a database.
Would you rather make $100,000 in your first few months on a trending product that will inevitably die out soon, or would you rather build a more meaningful asset in which you can continue to grow over 1-2 years and sell for millions?

Do not put all your eggs in one basket and only rely on Facebook or Instagram ads. Not only are you limiting yourself by not tapping into the huge audiences that other platforms can provide, but you're putting yourself at risk, should Facebook decide to ban your page or ad account overnight.
In addition to vertically scaling on individual platforms, you can horizontally scale across numerous platforms, which will bring much more consistency as it allows for daily fluctuations across all platforms. On a day where Facebook may be performing badly, Google might be crushing it and vice versa.

Someoneโs success early on does not reflect their long-term success. We all go at our own pace and hit milestones at different timeframes.
