My Morning Macha Routine
Use this as a substitute for coffee. You can also use it as a productivity drink or a pre-workout drink.
Advantages Over Coffee
  1. Sustained Energy
  2. Antioxidant Power
  3. Improved Focus and Calmness
  4. Muscle Performance with Creatine
  5. Metabolism Boost
  6. No Acidity or Gut Irritation
Ingredients:
-2 teaspoons Macha
-1 Scoop Creatine (roughly 1 teaspoon)
-Hot Water
-Milk of choice
-Add Sweetener for taste if desired (honey, agave, maple syrup)
