How Does "Skool" Work? Points and Levels
The gamification features of Skool make learning and participating more fun and engaging. Point earning creates a progression system that encourages users to produce quality content and interact with other members of their community. Points are earned when others like your posts, comments, and replies. 1 like = 1 point for the post or comment author. After a member obtains a certain number of points, they level up. A member's current level can be seen in front of their name or on their profile. You can also view leaderboards for the group you are currently in to see how your level stacks up against other members. This will give you a preview of which courses unlock at certain levels as well as the custom level names for each group Admins can use set courses to unlock at certain levels to further drive participation in their communities. Note that the member levels are at the group level. A member at level 3 will be at that level in that particular group. If they join another group, they will start at level 1, like all new members. Here are the number of points required to reach a certain level. Level 1 - 0 points Level 2 - 5 points Level 3 - 20 points Level 4 - 65 points Level 5 - 155 points Level 6 - 515 points Level 7 - 2,015 points Level 8 - 8,015 points Level 9 - 33,015 points I've attached a PDF with some more basics on how it works.

My festivals for 2025
✴️I'm definitely doing Ultra... it happens to land on my birthday every year and so it's a cool excuse to spend my BD in Miami doing my favorite thing: twirling to lasers and trance. It's also the 25th anniversary so I'm looking forward to seeing what spectacular things may be in store! They've got phase 1 lineup released and I'm pretty stoked. 🔜Also on the tentative agenda: Tomorrowland and EDC Orlando. These are high on my to-do list as I've heard Tomorrowland is "the best" from several sources and it tends to rank pretty high in polls on the subject. And EDC Orlando sounds less logistically hectic than EDC Las Vegas, so I'll give it a shot. Los Angeles is also cool because we will have opportunities to see different acts individually around the city. Gareth Emery is actually tonight in LA! 🎶What's everyone going to see next year?

My festivals for 2025
A little something different from straightforward cardio
I wrote this for a few guys I'm training who wanted something spicier than steady state cardio. It's a pretty straightforward High Intensity Interval program on a bike, but you don't have to use a bike. I actually use the Stair Mill and just vary the intensity. Stair mill is actually crazy because I have to concentrate on not falling, but still... it can be effective if you have the bandwidth and are bored with just treadmill. Sound off below if you like the HIIT routine and if you'd like to see more stuff like this!
