Breakfast at 10
Here's my breakfast coach. Don't know hiw you will evaluate it but this is what it is until I go to the grocery later. Apple, onions, raisins, chopped almonds, olives a帽d a few pieces of lettuce leaves.The dressing was acv olive o铆l, nutritional yeast and yes some protein powder and of course a tip of salt.
