My arms are breaking with the 10lb weights and those overrhead presses. Anyhow I guess no pain no gain is in effect here. I broke a small sweat. Good workout Coach Jason.

A Recovery Day
Today I donated blood for the first time in my life. My intention was to workout this p.m.but I was impressed to stay put. I am therefore in rest and recovery mode. See you tomorrow pls God. Have a pleasant night.
