Okay so for anyone interested in whether they should listen to Adam or try to push themselves harder.. I think you know the answer ahaha
I decided last week to do 2 extra days totalling 5 days In a row at the gym with no rest.
Not only did I feel exhausted by Friday. I felt like my work was taking a toll as well because of it.
I'm not saying that it's impossible to do something active every day. But definitely be prepared. I made the exact same progress I have 2 weeks prior and the only difference was that I was exhausted.
Now the WIN part of this. Is that I set a goal of going every week day and I crushed it. And had something to be happy I achieved that I didn't know I could do.
But know your limits :)
